Please meet our team
I’m a fully qualified and experienced multilingual Counselling Psychologist. I am fully registered with HCPC and BPS and a registered member of the BACP (MBACP). I have more than eight years of experience as a counsellor and therapist working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
My approach is integrative. This means I am trained to use the Psychodynamics approach, the Cognitive behavioural Approach, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, the Humanistic Approach, the Existential-Phenomenological Approach and the Multi-Model Approach in my practice. I tailor different exercises such as relaxation techniques, Guided imagery, fraction relaxation techniques and progressive muscle relaxation techniques. Owning to my integrative training, I can utilise different therapeutic approaches depending on people’s needs and demands while being mindful of what they expect from counselling & psychotherapy.
As a Therapist, I am genuine, empathetic, non-judgemental, offering unconditional positive regards and respect towards my clients.
