At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to follow my calling and retrain to become a psychologist. I value the trust placed in me over the past 24 years by clients from diverse backgrounds, challenged by a range of mental health concerns of varying degrees of severity.
I believe that the potential for change is rooted in a safe, respectful and nurturing therapeutic relationship. This safe space encourages clients to pause, be reflective and intentional about shifting from disharmony to harmony. My style in therapy is authentic, collaborative and engaging. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills help determine the best course of action for individual patient care.
I use an integrative approach which incorporates aspects from various therapeutic modalities as directed by the client’s presenting challenge. These tend to include systemic psychology, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, BWRT and positive psychology.
