At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
“Together, we can work towards finding hope and healing.”
Everyone’s life story is important, and I tailor the way I work to suit your needs. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow. I am committed to helping my clients develop the skills and insights they need to navigate their challenges and live more fulfilling lives.
I am registered with the BACP as an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
As a psychotherapist, I work with clients who are struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, low self-esteem/confidence. I also offer therapy to help couples with relationship difficulties.
I have been working with a charity where I have gained an expertise in supporting individuals who have experienced domestic, psychological, emotional abuse and work with individuals that have experienced childhood sexual abuse. I have extensive experience working with clients that have been left wounded from narcissistic relationships.
I practise an integrative approach but have a great interest in Psychodynamic Therapy. I believe an individual can gain empowerment and control over their life through self-awareness and understanding of how early life experiences affect their adult life choices and behaviours.
I am also a CBT practitioner and help clients make sense of overwhelming problems by breaking down thoughts, feelings and behaviours and making problems more manageable. CBT can offer clients the tools to help themselves cope during difficult or challenging periods of their life and avoid getting into repetitive negative cycles.
Whether you’re just looking for guidance through a difficult situation or wanting to empower yourself and head in a new direction in life, I will endeavour to help you achieve your goals.
