At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.

I have worked as a Counsellor for ten years, in a women’s centre, private practice and with Employee Assistance Programmes.
I work with those that have experienced anxiety and depression, domestic abuse, trauma, bullying, identity crisis and low self-esteem. I specialise in working with clients of mixed parentage, and those in dual heritage relationships.
I work using an integrative approach, using different counselling methods to meet your individual needs. I have worked with a wide and diverse range of ethnicities and cultures in an inclusive way. I am here to attentively listen and offer support at your pace, ensuring a sense of being upheld in your journey towards clarity, all within a warm, compassionate, and empathetic framework
