At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
I am an Integrative Counsellor, registered with the BACP. I value building an engaged therapeutic relationship which supports people to gain greater self-awareness and explore choices. I work intuitively and adapt my approach to suit each individual. This means that I will often check in with you to see how you are experiencing our therapy together and make adaptations, as and when needed.
My training background has been wide and varied. I have worked extensively, as part of the NHS, charity organisations and in private practice, with adults struggling with the impact of childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, relationships, self-harm, emotional eating behaviours and self-esteem.
I particularly enjoy working with people who would like to integrate their Christian faith or spirituality into therapy and I have completed specific training in order to be able to safely and ethically provide this. As a Christian, I welcome people from all faiths and spiritual backgrounds, and from none.
