At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.

I am a qualified intercultural counsellor trained in the therapeutic modality of Gestalt Therapy, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work within the strict ethical framework of the BACP, always with your best interest at heart.
I have experience working with clients within the higher education sector and the NHS. My background is in Public Health, Education, Fashion and Business.
I offer a safe and confidential environment, to express concerning thoughts and feelings. A space where you can gain deeper insight, develop resilience, and take positive steps forward with better coping skills. My approach is dynamic, interactive, and focused on the tangible (embodied) experience of the client in the present moment. I take a whole approach, where all aspects of your unique experience are taken into consideration, acknowledged and respected.
I have a specific interest in supporting parents and carers of children with Autism as well as, spiritual/existential counselling.
