At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, with 7 years experience working in NHS mental health services and the charity sector. I have worked in a range of settings, and currently also work for a charity for torture survivors who experience PTSD and depression. I am trained in providing trauma-focused therapy, but also have experience working with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, low self-esteem, and difficulties related to physical health problems. I have extensive experience using CBT, but will draw upon other approaches, such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
I aim to provide a non-judgemental, safe space, to explore your difficulties, and work collaboratively with you to ensure therapy is helpful for your own individual needs.
