Meeting for one-to-one in-person or online therapy for adults, adolescents and couples, I offer a safe, sensitive and confidential space enabling an appreciation of what may be determining obstructive and destructive patterns in your life. Exploring and discussing deep emotions can be distressing and difficult but more often than not it can also be a source of relief and bring about meaningful change.
