Please meet our team
I focus on improving an individual’s mental health and overall wellness, to rectify or alleviate challenging thoughts, sentiments, habits, assumptions or impulses and to develop better social skills and relationships. Meeting for one-to-one in-person or online therapy for adults, adolescents and couples, I offer a safe, sensitive and confidential space enabling an appreciation of what may be determining obstructive and destructive patterns in your life.
