At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
As a fully qualified integral psychotherapist, I use a wide range of techniques and theories when working with clients on a one to one basis. This means I attend to the whole person, their perceptions, thoughts, feelings and physical experience working as a whole. My approach to therapy is based on non-judgement, trust and respect. It is also relational in that I believe, most if not all, psychological distress stems from the quality of our relationships, past and present. An integrative style of therapy allows me to have greater flexibility in assessing you, the client’s needs.
I provide interventions ranging from: Schema therapy, Existential, Counselling for Depression, Somatic Therapy, Person-centred Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I aim to tailor the therapy to meet clients’ specific needs with an empathetic and congruent approach. Confidentiality and trust are essential to the counselling process. Clients may safely share difficult feelings and thoughts with me in the knowledge that their personal identity and information will be retained in confidence and free of judgement. I abide by the BACP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
I hold many qualifications and certificates within the field and is currently enrolled on a Doctorate working towards qualifying as a Doctorate in Counselling Psychotherapist. I am also able to help Farsi speakers struggling with English. I currently offer online slots only.
