Please meet our team
I have been working with mental health charities, the NHS and community-based projects for mental health for over 5 years.
I am passionate about the inclusivity of people from all backgrounds having access to therapy and equal opportunities to better improve their health and quality of life. I believe in empowering my clients through the use of collaborative goal-setting, allowing clients the non-judgmental and safe space to take part in their own journey in improving the aspects of their lives that they would like to focus on.
I have experience working with individuals with Generalised anxiety (GAD), health anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, relationship issues, work-stress, PTSD, multiple traumas and personality disorders as well as bereavement.
I like to work integratively, using a mixture of therapies as I really value the individuality of people and how approaches often require adaptation and flexibility; however, I do primarily use CBT, DBT, EMDR, NET and CFT. During my work within the NHS, I have primarily worked with individuals who have experienced multiple traumas using CBT for trauma, EMDR and NET
