At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, registered with the BACP. I have experience working therapeutically with people accessing mental health support through the NHS, charity organisations, schools, and my own private practice. As a counsellor, I am warm, patient and gentle in my approach.
My professional qualifications include a degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in counselling. I am trained in a variety of approaches to therapy and through building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, I adapt my approach to suit each individual. I particularly enjoy working with people bringing issues with depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, loss/bereavement, and low self-esteem.
