Please meet our team
Hi I’m Gurj,
As a mental health professional with qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person Centred Counselling, I have the skills and expertise to support individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and genders with their mental health difficulties. I also draw upon other models within my practice such as, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
By utilising CBT techniques, I can help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to their mental health difficulties. Additionally, my Person-Centred approach allows me to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences at their own pace.
With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to support their journey towards improved mental well-being and overall quality of life.
I conduct therapy sessions via Microsoft Teams or telephone.
