At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
I am an integrative therapist working with adults and couples, offering a warm and collaborative space to explore difficulties and work towards meaningful change. My core training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches. I also draw on psychodynamic training to enrich my work, helping to bring deeper understanding to the patterns and experiences that can shape how we think, feel and relate to others.
Alongside my therapeutic training, my work is informed by more than 25 years spent working closely with individuals experiencing complex mental health difficulties during my earlier career as a solicitor specialising in mental health and forensic settings. In that role I supported clients navigating highly challenging circumstances, often at times of significant stress and uncertainty. This experience has given me a deep appreciation of the pressures people can face and the importance of being listened to with care, respect and understanding.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients feel able to talk openly about what may be difficult, confusing or overwhelming. Together we can work to make sense of these experiences, recognise existing strengths and resilience, and develop practical ways of responding to challenges.
Drawing on CBT and ACT approaches, we may explore how thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour interact, while also making space to approach difficult feelings with greater openness and understanding. Developing this kind of awareness can help reduce the struggle with internal experiences and support people in moving towards lives and relationships that feel more aligned with what matters most to them.
Whether working with individuals or couples, my aim is to support clients in developing greater understanding of themselves and creating meaningful and lasting change.
