At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and HCPC-registered clinician with over a decade of experience across NHS and private services.
I specialise in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress responses, including PTSD, complex PTSD, and acute stress reactions. My work in a specialist traumatic stress service has given me a deep understanding of how trauma shapes emotions, beliefs, relationships and the nervous system.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. While CBT provides the foundation of my work, I draw flexibly on a range of approaches to meet each person’s needs, including Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), DBT-informed strategies, and mindfulness-based approaches.
A core focus of my work is building a safe, validating therapeutic relationship. From this foundation, we explore your experiences, make sense of patterns, develop skills to manage distress, and work towards living more fully in line with your values.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where we can work together towards meaningful change.
