At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.
Please meet our team
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience as a therapist, university lecturer, and clinical supervisor. Since qualifying in 2003, I have worked with individuals and couples across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
I am deeply committed to the therapeutic process and believe in its powerful ability to support healing, personal growth, and positive change. I have a particular interest in how we “story” our lives—how unhelpful narratives can shape our identity and limit our potential. In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to gently challenge those narratives and to build new, more empowering stories—ones that open up hope, possibility, and meaningful change.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centred. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred approaches, Mindfulness, and Systemic Therapy. I tailor each session to suit the unique needs and goals of the individual or couple I’m working with.
I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a structured and effective therapy for working with trauma, distressing memories, phobias, and anxiety-related conditions. EMDR helps the brain process and integrate difficult experiences, and many clients find it a powerful and transformative part of their healing journey.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a safe and reflective space, I aim to offer a respectful, non-judgemental, and collaborative environment where we can explore what matters most to you—and work toward the future you hope for.
