At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.

I am a chartered counselling psychologist with extensive work experience, in the NHS, charity sector, private practice, as a university lecturer and as a clinical supervisor.
I offer short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, working from an integrative perspective. I also offer clinical supervision for trainees and qualified counselling psychologists and psychotherapists.
My comprehensive and diverse training, with over 14 years of work experience, enable me to support clients with a wide range of difficulties and tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs.
As a therapist, I foster a safe space where difficulties can be thought about and understood in a non-judgmental way. I refrain from pathologising human difficulties.
I work with adults with a wide range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work-related stress and childhood trauma.
I have a special interest in transgenerational trauma and women’s health and have been working with women during the transition into motherhood, women who experienced difficulties conceiving or experienced pregnancy loss. I am also interested in immigration and identity and working with individuals who experience difficulties forming an intimate relationships with others.
