I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist with experience of working with individuals and families experiencing a range of difficulties relating to their emotional and relational wellbeing. I have experience in working within a number of specialist psychological models, where the primary focus of the work is to increase awareness of behaviours and patterns that are causing you problems. I aim to work collaboratively with you to find opportunities for improved ways of coping and reducing overall distress.

I am experienced in working with individuals who are experiencing low mood and depression; worry and stress; anxiety and panic; trauma (including post-traumatic stress); sleep difficulties; low self-esteem; loss and bereavement; relational difficulties.

I have experience of working across the lifespan- with children, adolescents and adults. In my NHS role I offer clinics in the community; which includes providing support for staff wellbeing and training for staff in the education sector.

  • Experience of working within a variety of different therapeutic models, including CBT (including third wave models e.g. ACT), Systemic and trauma-informed approaches.
  • AFT Level 1: Foundation Family and Systemic Training accredited.
  • 8 years experience of working within the NHS.
