Counselling Psychologist, CBT Therapist

I am chartered Counselling Psychologist and an expert in cognitive behavioural therapies. I am accredited by the British Association For Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a member of the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and Chartered member of British Psychological Society (BPS).

I treat a wide variety of mental health issues, I specialises in anxiety disorders, depression, addictions, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders and relationship problems.

I work in a safe space where my clients can learn to understand their thought process and why they feel the way they do. I then use my experience, therapeutic relationship and training to tailor strategies for each individual to help them work towards their goals for personal change, growth and self-development.

I offer goal-oriented and evidence-based psychological theories and personalised techniques which enables clients to understand what blocks them from reaching their potential and move on to achieving the life they want.

With over 10 years’ experience working as a clinician in the NHS and in private practice, I believe in listening with an open mind to understand each of clients’ situations and how I can best help them to overcome their difficulties.
