At our practice in Oxford Circus (W1W), all of our therapists are qualified psychologists, psychotherapists or counsellors. They are registered with several professional bodies, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), as well as, BACP, UKCP and BABCP. They use CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic, humanistic and integrative approaches, tailored around your needs to help you deal with your challenges and reach your goals.

I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC and BPS. I am also an Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the BACP. I am passionate about supporting people through their journeys in life. I believe each person is unique and I aim to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of the individual. I strive to create a collaborative, open and safe space for you to explore your lives and the different opportunities that are available to you.
I have worked with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. My experience comes from working within the NHS, charity organisations, university counselling services and private practice. I have trained in several therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-centred, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Mindfulness. I have worked with adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, work and study related stress, social anxiety, bereavement, health related difficulties, relationship difficulties and personality disorders to name a few.
Therapy can help with a variety of issues that people might find themselves having difficulties with like anxiety, depression, stress, confidence and self-esteem, loss, trauma, and self-development to name a few. We will work together to establish your goals for therapy and the best way to proceed in working towards them. I enjoy supporting people in transforming their thoughts and perceptions, evolving in terms of the way they approach their lives and discovering their authentic selves so to lead a productive and meaningful life.
